Leasing Agent must be able to work in a fast paced and challenging work environment and possess amazing customer service skills and high attention to detail!

RESPONSIBILITIES OF LEASING AGENT:
The dress code will be in professional business attire at all times.
Accompanies prospects to apartments and discusses size and layout of rooms and available amenities.
Prepares leases for residents and collects specified deposits, rents and late fees.
Maintain courteous communication with residents, applicants, and vendors.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures per the Operations Manual.
Assist in marketing tasks
Assist in answering telephones following prospect call standards.
Respond to prospect e-mails within 2 hours of receiving.
Process applicant files within 24 hour hours of rental.
Complete accurate move in paper work.
Follow up weekly with maintenance service requests.
JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR LEASING AGENT:
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word a must)
-Must be able to work weekends
-Dependable and punctual
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Great customer service skills
-Self-motivated, resourcefulness and goal driven with problem solving skills
-Excellent organizational skills
-Must work well with a team
-Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
-Attention to detail, double checks work for accuracy
