Volt is searching for a Bilingual Technical Support Advisor to work with a network and storage solutions provider in SE San Antonio.Minimum RequirementsIntermediate level knowledge or experience regarding software RAID configuration and troubleshootingIntermediate level knowledge or experience regarding Computer Networking BasicsExpert level searching skills to include documentation, and Google search results including forum?sMinimum qualifications:Intermediate level knowledge or experience with configuration, setup, and maintenance of software or hardware RAID configuration and troubleshootingExperience with configuration, setup, and maintenance of both personal and business networking configurations including dynamic, static, and reserved IP address setup, experience dealing with subnet mask, gateway, and DNS configuration.Experience joining systems to Active Directory, mounting volumes (iSCSI, NFS, SMB) to Active Directory, and virtualization software such as VMware, Hyper-V, and more.Strong active listening, documentation, and customer service skills.You will be working with a small team with pay starting at $15/hr.
