Adroit Medical Equipment is hiring for an experienced Service and Delivery Tech for Medical Equipment with strong customer service and organizational skills part-time. The position involves; service calls, repairs, technical trouble shooting, deliveries, computer research, ordering and inventory skills. The person chosen for this position will also be asked to assist walk in customers in need of medical equipment rentals, purchases and repairs. We need someone with previous technical experience working with all types of medical equipment. Trouble shooting experience in all types of situations to include phone skills, computers, working independently in the field, customer service and office systems(computers phones, fax, printer, filling etc.). Must be professional and self motivated to assist and resolve customers repair/service needs timely with minimal assistance. You must be of high integrity, presentable, personable and able to complete assigned task as directed. We will provide orientation and training on all aspects of the Medical Equipment and Devices. The job also requires the ability to lift up to 60lbs. You must have a clean driving record.
