What You’ll Do
Work directly alongside a master in the automotive repair industry.
Diagnosing and repairing vehicles independently on assigned tasks.
Gain exposure to both traditional auto repair and advanced diesel/DPF systems.
Rotate across multiple shop locations and perform field work at customer sites as needed.
Develop the skills and mindset to grow into a successful, independent technician.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 3–7 continuous years in the automotive industry (shop, dealership, or related).
Skills: Ability to work independently while also being coachable in a side-by-side mentorship environment.
Character: Strong work ethic, curiosity to learn, and a drive to grow into a high-level technician.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel between locations and perform field assignments.
Compensation
Pay will be based on your abilities and performance.
