Skills, Education And Experience:
1. Perform preventative maintenance work on mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC related equipment.
2. Troubleshoot operations failures and re-establish building services under minimal supervisions
3. Supervise maintenance work as needed
4. complete work orders for service call requests by tenants
5. Perform daily inspections of all building systems
6. Respond to tenant complaints/request and follow up on ongoing problems
7. Monitor and replace light fixtures as needed
8. Maintain supply inventory
9. Provide information for budget preparation
Expected Outcomes:
1. Extend the useful life of the equipment
2. Improve the efficiency and reliability of the equipment
3. Provide quality service to customers
4. Must be able to be on call rotation with team.
Key Measurement Areas and Metrics:
1. Accurate and completed monthly, quarterly and annual scheduled preventative maintenance programs
2. Reduced operating expenses
3. Good scores on the semi-annual maintenance tenant survey
Education and Experience Required:
⢠High School diploma or GED
⢠2 - 4 years of related experience
⢠Strong mechanical aptitude
Qualifications -- Competencies
1. Mathematical and reasoning skills and abilities
2. Microsoft office programs - basic
This is a full time day shift hourly position but must be able to work OT as needed.
