My name is Alvin and I'm needing a good fit carpenter not afraid of heights,
Knows how to paint and caulk,
That pays attention to detail,
Knows how to paint metal rails, garage doors, doors, etc
Knows how to prep before job starts,
Knows how to do tile work,
Have experience in commercial painting as well,
Knowledge in sheetrocking/floating, can match texture,
Knowledge in problem solving situations,
Has a truck with own ladder and tools ( paintbrushes, rollers, sprayer, power washer, drop cloths, drill, etc),
Must be dependable and on time to work,
Must know how to stain, know how to fix cracks in stucco and brick repair,
This is a 1099 job full work week 40 hrs possible Saturdays mostly if job needs to be finished (Must be available) Job must be finished correctly to get paid! And on time!
Pay starts off at 17a hour to see what your about and your skills for 2 weeks then we will talk about pay change.
Work day starts at 9am to 6pm Must be at work at 8:45 to start prepping for work and stop working at 5:30 to have 30 min to clean job site and make it looking presentable.
Do not leave any tools or ladders behind Must take with you no smoking or drinking on jobsite
I will allow a quick break every once in a while but make sure work schedule is ahead
If there is 5 star rating from customer you will receive bonus!
