Today, I was talking to some other executives in the company and I asked them: "If a technician can make 6K profit each week would we be able to pay that technician $60.00 per hour"
All the people here said, "Yes"
As owner of this company if you can do the work we are hiring you for then I think we can hire you for any amount you want to get paid.
If you would like to be able to make $6,000.00 per week profit, we can easily tell you how to do this.
Think about this. If you are working for anyone, if your sales and profit are more then $20,000.00 per week, how much do you think your check should be
If you are making $10,000.00 profit for your company per week: how much do you think your paycheck should be
Basically you can come in this company at any time and you can make an agreement that if you can make a certain amount of profit then I think I can pay you any amount per hour that you want. But you also need to know that if your sales are 10K ooor your weekly profit is $400.00 then I will not pay you $50 or $60.00 per hour
I need to hire at lease 10 more service techs right now and that is exactly what I am going to do.
If you are good enough at what you do, chances are good that we will immediately be able to pay you 5 or 10 dollars more per hour.
