We are looking for reliable contractor who takes pride in their work and can lead a crew after a probation period. Must have own tools and transportation (uncommon tools will be provided based on job type). Must be comfortable leading by example and working alongside a crew. Able to multitask, assist and or train others who are green in the role, keep an eye out that the crew of contractors are steadily working, and the work being done is quality work to avoid mistakes, and rework. Most of our jobs are in and around canyon lake, Cibolo, Schertz and surrounding areas so must have reliable transportation (preferably a truck) and able to go to any surrounding area of San Antonio if a job requires it. Must take pride in what you do and enjoy working in the construction field and have a good work ethic.
Looking for someone who has two or more construction skillsets and hands on experience in the following:
1. Welder
2. Finished carpenters
3. Cabinet maker
4. Tiler
5. Basic construction building skills (paint, float, plumbing etc.)
6. Leadership qualities
7. Quick learner
