We are a licensed and insured construction company based in North San Antonio.
Looking for a reliable Deck Builder / Carpenter (1099 Contractor) to join our team.
Work includes:
- Building and repairing decks and fences
- Painting/staining with sprayer or roller
- Pressure washing decks/fences
- Using basic hand and power tools
- Keeping the job site clean and on schedule
Requirements:
- Proven experience in deck and fence building (composite decking a plus)
- Must have own basic tools (drill, circular saw, jigsaw, measuring tape, level, hammer, etc.)
- Must have a truck, SUV, or van for occasional urgent material pickups
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various conditions
- High standard of honesty, punctuality, and reliability – no excuses, just solid work
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Legal work authorization in the U.S.
- Must be drug-free and able to pass a background check
Pay & Details:
- $25–$38/hr (1099 Independent Contractor), depending on experience
- Steady full-time hours (Mon–Fri, 35–45 hrs/week)
- Weekly pay via Zelle
- Major tools provided (miter saw, sprayer, etc.)
- Work mainly in North San Antonio
- Multilingual team (English / Russian / Ukrainian)
