We have a 2 person dispatch department and we want to add a third person. This person can be a supervisor if you think you have the skill and the experience. We are a commercial AC company dealing with a lot of repairs to the commercial equipment field and we want to have perfect service whenever any client calls.
Here is what we are looking for:
We want the tech to arrive in 1 to 4 hours from the time the customer called.
We want the call to be done in 24 hours or less from the time of the call.
If parts are needed that are not in San Antonio, we want them all ordered so those parts arrive in 24 hours or
less which always means next day air
We want to have the best service in Texas and we need someone who can figure out how to make this happen. Is this you?
