We are currently seeking an reliable, and professional Branch/Production Manager with experience in overseeing all aspects of project planning, crew management, quality control, client relations and ensuring execution of landscaping projects within budget and deadlines. We are a landscape design and installation company that has a focus on water features. We are a leader in our field and continue to expand. This is a full time year round position. Job duties to include but are not limited to:
Project Management:
Assign tasks to crews based on project requirements and staff expertise. Monitor job progress, identify potential issues,
and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
Crew Oversight:
Lead and supervise landscaping crews, ensuring proper training and safety compliance.
Delegate tasks to crew members based on their skills and experience.
Client Relations:
Act as primary point of contact for clients within the assigned branch.
Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide accurate project estimates.
Address client concerns and ensure their satisfaction with completed projects.
Operational Oversight:
Maintain proper inventory of landscaping materials and equipment.
Schedule maintenance and repairs for landscaping equipment.
Generate invoices and ensure timely payments.
Applicants must have:
1. 3-5 years experience working for a professional landscaping company with proven leadership /management role.
Strong knowledge of plant identification, horticulture practices, landscape design and principles, and various
landscaping techniques.
2. Experience to include irrigation, building retaining walls, rock & plant installation.
3. Valid Texas driver's license with good driving record. Must be able to drive a truck with trailer.
3. Be able to arrive at work at 6:45 am and work a minimum of 40 hours per week + overtime.
4. Be able to lift 75 pounds or more
5. Proven ability to motivate and manage a team, including providing clear direction and resolving conflicts.
Bilingual a must.
6. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
