Painter with experience doing residential painting
WANTED: An experienced painter WITH EXPERIENCE doing mostly residential painting.
DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS JOB UNLESS YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING:
1. RELIABLE Transportation (a truck is strongly preferred)
2. Must be DRAMA FREE, honest, presentable and have a strong work ethic.
3. Know how to read a tape measure! Ex: 3/8th, 11/16th, 5/8th, etc. (I will test you as soon as we meet the 1st time)
4. Must be able to pass a drug test.
5. Must be able to pass a criminal background test.
6. Must have most of your own tools. (Hand tools, drills, all typical painting and drywall tools, etc.).
7. Must be able to work well around other staff member. (You will be working as a part of a team of other professionals who will treat you with respect and you should be able to do the same.)
8. Must have a reliable cell phone. You must be able to send and receive phone calls and texts messages every day, all day. You must be able to find directions to job sites (i.e.; GPS, Google Maps, etc.).
9. MUST be dependable. Show up to work on-time every day (like EVERY DAY. . . in a row) AND must show up on time.
10. MUST BE FAST A good carpenter does quality work QUICKLY.
HERE'S WHAT I WILL GIVE YOU:
1. Pay = The high end of the industry because I want the best people possible.
2. I will always pay you on time and completely.
3. I will keep you busy - At least 5 days per week - at least 40 hours per week.
