Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Proven experience in floral design, either within a flower shop or in collaboration with an event company
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment, coupled with motivation to assist as needed
- A commitment to cleanliness is essential
- Strong customer service skills and basic computer proficiency are required
- Capability to fulfill customer specifications and provide informed suggestions
- Ability to assist walk-in customers and create bouquets on demand
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean working environment
- Knowledge of floral and plant varieties
