We are seeking an experienced General Manager for Precast Erection to oversee multiple construction projects from estimation through completion. This key leadership role will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of precast erection operations—including estimating, project management, job costing, and team oversight—to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage multiple precast erection projects simultaneously.
2. Oversee project estimating, bidding, and budgeting activities.
3. Manage job costing and financial performance to ensure profitability.
4. Coordinate with project engineers, field crews, and subcontractors.
5. Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure timely delivery.
6. Implement and uphold the highest safety and quality standards.
7. Provide leadership, mentorship, and accountability to the erection team.
8. Travel as required to project sites and client meetings.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in precast concrete erection, preferably in parking garage construction.
2. Strong background in estimating, project management, and cost control.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects in various stages of completion.
5. Willingness to travel as needed.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
