Experience in maintaining apartments and home rehabs, routine maintenance and repairs.
Job Requirements:
We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a neat and clean appearance and a professional demeanor, and a good working knowledge of all trades—from carpentry, masonry, concrete, tiling, painting, and drywalling to light plumbing and electrical.
Requirements
Must have 5+ years experience.
Must have valid ID & Drivers License.
