Hiring part time maintenance and handyman for 4 restaurants and 2 rental properties and other property renovations
Maintenance including painting, minor repairs, cleaning vents/equipment and general upkeep with cafes and special projects
Being able to clean or work on commercial fridges, freezers and equipment a PLUS.
Requirements:
Clean vents on AC units and commercial equipment. Replace filters and other preventative maintenance.
Can perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. May include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures.
Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
Performs routine maintenance.
Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities.
Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
Performs other related duties as assigned
Can self manage
Must have vehicle and OWN BASIC TOOLS & EQUIPMENT. We can provide specialty tools.
Hours flexible. AM & PM. Most work is in San Antonio but occasionally Austin.
Approx. 16-20 hours/ week
