Qualifications:
Applicants are required to possess a valid form of identification for employment verification purposes.
Successful completion of a drug screening is mandatory upon hiring and throughout employment. Our workplace maintains a drug-free environment.
Must have experience operating trenching equipment including excavator and backhoe.
Must have reliable transportation to Adkins, TX.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.
Comfortable working in proximity to a high volume of fast-moving traffic.
Responsibilities:
This position involves outdoor work in all weather conditions.
Collaborate with Supervisor in tasks such as laying conduit, trenching, shoveling, and digging.
Assist in the placement, movement, and dismantling of signs, barricades, cones, and other traffic control devices.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to jobsite safety and adhere to safe work practices diligently.
Benefits:
Starting pay of $18-20.00 per hour with the opportunity for overtime (45+ hours weekly). Pay based on proven experience.
