Positions: Wet Finisher, Rodbuster, Level 2 Laborer
We are a busy precast/prefabrication concrete plant looking for reliable, hard‑working people to join our team.
OPEN POSITIONS
Wet Finisher – Work with fresh concrete, screeding, troweling, and finishing precast pieces.
Rodbuster – Install and tie rebar/steel reinforcement in forms according to drawings and instructions.
Level 2 Laborer – Assist with form setup/stripping, concrete placement, patching, cleanup, and general production tasks.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Construction, concrete, or plant experience is a plus (will train motivated workers)
Able to do physical work (bending, lifting, standing)
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
Works well in a fast‑paced environment
