Hiring a Full Time General Contractor for Grounds & Facilities Maintenance for a 98-unit complex.
Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm shift. + Emergency On Call
Bilingual a bonus
Must have own tools and minimum of three years' experience turning apartments
Must be HVAC certified
Must be Skilled working in older buildings with older electrical, plumbing & general maintenance issues
Must be Skilled in landscaping & the use of Garden Tools. (chainsaws, shovels, rakes, weed eaters etc.)
Must:
Calmly handle stressful situations
Work outdoors and on roof in hot & cold conditions
Make-ready & turn apartments in a timely fashion
Complete work orders in a timely fashion
