Position Overview:
We’re seeking an HVAC Project Manager with a strong background in commercial construction. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing HVAC projects, leading teams, and ensuring high-quality installations that meet industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee and manage commercial HVAC projects from start to finish
✅ Coordinate with GCs, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success
✅ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
✅ Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
✅ Lead, train, and support HVAC technicians and field teams
✅ Work closely with clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC project management
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and maintenance
Experience in commercial construction environments
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Understanding of Texas HVAC regulations and codes
