A/C Technical Services is a medium sized HVAC Contracting firm located in the San Antonio area. We provide HVAC Installation and Service to customers located in Central and South Texas. Duties: The day-to-day operations including coordinating, managing, and monitoring the workings of the service and replacement department which includes the following:
Establish work schedules, supervise staff, monitor and evaluate performance.
Manage inventory and warranty returns.
Review, edit and approve service technician invoices.
Provide support to service techs, dispatcher, accounting, and sales team.
Review, edit and approve service A/P invoices.
Manage and review installs and repairs generated by sales team.
Customer complaint resolution.
Manage the maintenance of service vehicles, equipment, and company tools.
Manage any startup that may be needed for construction dept.
Manage 1st year warranty for completed construction jobs.
Review financial statements and reports to improve profitability.
Review and manage marketing strategies.
Extensive HVAC technical knowledge and experience.
Knowledge and experience in organization and operational management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
Good oral and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and pre-employment screenings.
