Preferred 1 - 3 years' experience in commercial HVAC.
Mostly commercial.
Must be reliable, punctual, have a good attitude and willingness to work.
Excellent customer service skills a must.
High standard of honesty and integrity.
Pay based on experience up too 25.00 per hour.
Working task are following:
AC controls-Chilled water systems- Cooling towers.
Repair ice machines. Exhaust fans. Motors on air handlers. replace compressors on units. P.M all of the above.
