We're looking for an experienced Foundation Repair Specialist to join our team as a 1099 contractor for a residential pier and beam foundation project in San Antonio, TX. You will be coming into the project mid-progress, as we have already begun work on this job. This is a project-based role requiring a skilled individual capable of executing an existing repair plan.
Job Details
Excavation and preparation of the site for repair work.
Transportation and installation of new piers and beams or repairing existing ones.
Installation of replacement Hardie Board skirting.
You will be communicating with the business owner with daily progress.
You will be directing workers from our crew who will be assisting you through the job.
Daily job site cleanup. You must have your own truck.
You will be using our tools and equipment.
