Lanterra Properties LLC is a family-owned property management company. We are currently looking for a reliable and skilled handyman to handle the daily maintenance and upkeep of our rental properties.
Job Duties Include:
General repairs and make-ready work
Painting, tiling, sheetrock, minor electrical, and plumbing
HVAC knowledge is a plus
Requirements:
Experience in property maintenance
Your own transportation and a working cell phone
Honest, dependable, and takes pride in their work
