Full job description:
This position is responsible for maintaining the properties make-ready's, work orders, grounds of the community. This involves ensuring a clean and well‐maintained living environment for residents, visitors.
Responsibilities
Performs maintenance tasks with little to no supervision to assistants as needed
Complete work orders in a timely fashion
Must be aware of the condition of the physical property throughout the communities to aide in preventative maintenance. UNITS 57
Day-to-Day (Details)
Diagnoses and performs on a daily basis minor and routine maintenance/repair include and is not limited to the following:
Electrical and plumbing (including water lines), water irrigation systems, interior/exterior lights
Handle standard maintenance relating to pool operations
Ensures that all make‐ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule.
Removes and transfers heavy appliances and equipment from storage area to apartment (or vice versa) as circumstances warrant.
Performs any additional duties assigned by manager or property supervisor.
Qualifications + Logistics
Position requires at least 1 year experience in property maintenance or equivalent field.
Work Hours: 40 hours per week. Weekends as circumstances warrant; $17- $20. DOE- BI-WEEKLY
Experience with installing and repairing HVAC systems is not required, but a plus if so.
