We are a growing custom fabrication shop looking to add a good Fabricator to our team.
- You MUST have your own transportation (i.e.- not bus, rideshare, or your roommate's vehicle!)
- Will be tested on your mechanical aptitude and math skills, so if you are one of those who thinks that 2+3 is usually 5,
then please don't apply!
- You will be expected to be at work everyday on time ready to get at it, regardless of what the rest of the crew is doing.
- Your creativity will be valued and appreciated, and occasionally demanded.
- Communication skills will be a must, and Spanish a plus.
- Must be excellent at Mig, and at least decent at stick and Tig.
- This is a thinking position, not a "laborer" position! So you will be evaluated on your problem solving abilities.
- You will be having occasional customer contact, so must be presentable and have a professional demeanor.
- Looking for someone who is excited about the craft, and is looking to advance their fabrication skills beyond the
normal everyday stuff!
- This is a full time position, with room for advancement.
