San Antonio Staffing is seeking skilled MIG Welders .
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of recent/fulltime experience welding with aluminum utilizing MIG and aluminum spool gun welding techniques, highly skilled at welding fitment and the squaring process.
Duties
Assemble and fabricate metal components using MIG welding techniques.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.
Operate power tools and equipment safely,
Ensure all welds meet quality standards and specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area on the construction site.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
Proven experience in MIG welding, with a strong understanding of welding techniques and safety practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
