We are seeking a skilled Mold Maker/Welder to join our team in the production. The ideal candidate will have experience in both mold making and welding, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Designing and constructing molds for concrete fencing components
Welding and fabricating metal structures according to specifications
Collaborating with team members to optimize production processes
Conducting quality checks to ensure finished products meet standards
Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
Requirements:
Proven experience as a mold maker and/or welder, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry
Strong welding skills, including MIG and TIG techniques
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
