We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for building systems, ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, PTACs, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Respond promptly to work orders and emergency maintenance requests
- Conduct regular inspections of the property and equipment
- Repair and replace fixtures, appliances, and hardware as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools
- Painting, drywall, and minor repairs
- Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards or issues
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities
Qualifications:
- Minimum EPA certified
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required
