Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Experienced Pest Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be trained to inspect, identify, and treat pest problems for residential and/or commercial customers. This is a hands-on position requiring excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in the field. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pest control methods, as well as skills in sales, lawn care, and landscaping. You will be responsible for identifying pest issues, applying treatments, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect properties for signs of pest infestation or potential entry points.
Identify pests and determine appropriate treatment plans.
Apply pest control products safely and effectively according to company and regulatory guidelines.
Communicate treatment plans, safety precautions, and follow-up recommendations to customers.
Keep accurate records of services performed, materials used, and conditions observed.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment.
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in clean and working order.
Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.
Attend training sessions and maintain required licenses or certifications.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Must have Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to work outdoors and in a variety of environmental conditions.
No prior experience required—training will be provided.
Preferred (but not required):
Previous experience in pest control, landscaping, construction, or a similar field.
Knowledge of pest biology and safe pesticide application techniques.
State certification or licensure (can be obtained after hire).
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and climb ladders.
Work involves indoor and outdoor environments, sometimes in confined spaces.
May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, or overtime depending on customer needs.

This is could be a Direct Hire position - and or Temp to Hire @ 30 days
