Qualifications
Previous experience staining and sealing concrete, grinding concrete and polishing concrete floor slabs, and some epoxy installations primarily in the commercial and industrial field are required
Candidates must be able to pass an extensive background check and be free of felonies and drug-related offenses or similar which may negate admittance to client job sites. Will need a drivers license.
Responsibilities
The Polished Concrete Crew Leader is directly responsible for the setup and management of the daily activities of an assigned project resulting in an on-time and within-budget completion
The Crew Leader also has the primary responsibility for safety training and practice throughout the project-(OSHA 30 is a plus)
