For all my life I have always wanted to be the best at what I do. There are several reasons for that but one of the main reasons is because I want to make a lot of money always and I always want to be the highest paid person where ever I work. I also think it is a pride thing too!

When it comes to HVAC/R and restaurant cooking equipment repairs, there is no one in Texas who will pay you more. THEY COULD, BUT THEY WON'T
We always need to hire more service techs. At any given time between San Antonio and Austin we could use 4 to 5 more service techs. Our pay scale is between $35.00 to $50.00 per hour. We don't teach people how to fix equipment or machines but we do teach them how to make more and more money for them and their family. We teach how to bill, how to buy parts and how to do bids
I think this is really simple. If you are great at what you do and you are honest and hard working, then come and see me and I will hire you for probably 5 or 10 dollars more per hour pending your skill.
$5.00 more per hour is $800.00 to $900.00 per month. Either way a $5.00 raise is equal to a $10,000.00 raise per year.

Actually, I don't care how much you want to be paid, if you can do what I want you to do, I am happy to pay you any amount of money that you want.

Either you come to work for me and make more money or you tell your current employer that someone else wants to hire you and then you can ask him for more money equal to what I would pay you if you leave his employment.
