I have under contract a 5plex and a house in san antonio that i plan to flip. Closing will be at around 7.14.
Ill have a lot of other deals in the future.

I need to hire dependable man /woman for one day to 6 days a week (tell us what days works best for you) with possibility of upgrading to full time in the future
Applicant must be able to pass a criminal check with no violent crime ever/ theft/ moral turpitude offense.
Applicant must have tools and car/ truck available all the time that he will use to go to home depot/lowes and get material
The work will be some make readys and some work orders, so we are talking about cleaning, painting, framing, plumbing etc
-So you will need to be good in all or mostof these skills including plumbing (fixing water heaters/ unclogging drains etc)
Compensation is negotiable but I can tell you to start you off it will be 15-20an hour depends on your experience, performance and skills and what you have shown me.
I can only hire you as independent contractor and pay will be weekly with no withdrawals and you will need to fill w9.
Working hours can be somewhat flexible.
Ideally, you can be available for service calls on the weekend (emergencies)
I will need to receive a resume with phone number from you with ideally prior job references.

What is your Skills?
How are you in regards to Plumbing?
Length of Experience and references?
Do you have a reliable vehicle (If so, what kind? a truck or just a car?)
Do you have your own tools (If so, what kind?)
Are you ok to work as a w9 independent contractor
