We are seeking a skilled Sandblaster to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces and sandblasting granite using sandblasting techniques. This role requires attention to detail. Experience preferred but will train the right team member. The Sandblaster will work closely with other team members to ensure high-quality results on all projects.
Duties
Operate sandblasting equipment.
Inspect surfaces before and after sandblasting to ensure quality standards are met.
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during operations.
Maintain and service sandblasting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members on project specifications and timelines.
Assist in other tasks as needed, including loading/unloading granite, delivery/setting ect.
Skills
Able to lift a min of 50lbs
Ability to read a tape measure
Ability to work outside
Competence in using power tools safely and effectively.
Strong skills attention to detail, reliable and a team player.
