A/C Technical Services is a medium sized HVAC Contracting firm located in the San Antonio area. We provide HVAC Installation and Service to customers located in Central and South Texas. We are currently seeking to add an HVAC (Mechanical) Senior Project Manager to our team, who will manage and direct the mechanical design of major projects.
Job Duties:
Manage projects from start to finish in order to meet contractual requirements.
Establish project budgets.
Set up project schedules to ensure project finishes on time.
Coordinate work of subcontractors.
Process submittals.
Order and schedule delivery of equipment and materials.
Attend project meetings as needed and required.
Resolving day-to-day project issues.
Prepare billings, change-orders, RFI’s and any other project documentation.
Close out job with customer satisfaction and maximum profitability.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of HVAC Project Management experience.
Ability to read and understand specifications and plans.
Comprehensive computer skills including MS Office Suites.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Strong organizational skills to be able to manage multiple projects at one time.
Proficient math skills.
Works well under pressure and deadlines.
Valid driver’s license and pass pre-employment screenings.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Non-smoker.
