I am need of a highly skilled tradesman on an ongoing basis. This will be a 1099 position and can be full time or a supplement to an existing career. You MUST have extensive knowledge of all aspects of single family home repairs and maintenance. Must have truck and tools and can work on vacant and tenant occupied homes. Must be able to work independently, pickup materials, provide photographs of work and able to make quick decisions. My company has been in business 29 years and can keep you busy 7 days a week if desired. Pay will be up to $40 per hour based on experience (Could be more on some projects) and must be available between 9 a.m - 4 p.m Monday- Friday.
