Overview
CAM Solar is looking for detailed oriented Solar Service Technician. You will be diagnosing, repairing and replacing solar and storage systems.
Essential Duties:
Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair solar PV and storage systems.
Detach and reset solar PV systems.
Perform routine inspections to ensure proper functioning of systems.
Swap inverters, micro-inverters and optimizers
Complete all the necessary pictures and dispositions/updates necessary for all service calls.
Qualifications
Prior solar experience required.
Ability to understand or have experience in monitoring equipment.
Valid driver’s license.
Journeyman’s license is a required.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
Must be able to withstand heights, climb ladders, work in confined spaces and be outside for long period in extreme temperatures.
