Overview
Assist Service Technician to diagnose and repair defects in any roofing system with zero defects and assure all customer needs are efficiently and effectively addressed.
Responsibilities
Always maintain a SAFE work environment.
Complete work as assigned by the Service Technician.
Understand product specification requirements.
Adhere to company processes and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
KEY RESULTS:
Properly investigate and solve all service requests with zero-defect workmanship.
Treat each customer respectfully.
Direct customers to Service Technician to answer questions or address concerns.
Work well with your Service Technician and be willing and able to learn.
Requirements
Ability to work at heights on flat and inclined surfaces year-round
Ability to climb ladders and set up work requirements in a safe manner required.
Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions required.
Ability to lift material, tools, and equipment constantly throughout the day required
to complete the job.
