Job Summary:
We are seeking TDLR Licensed Electrician Apprentices with solid experience installing rigid conduit to join our client’s industrial electrical project. Candidates must be able to work efficiently with minimal supervision, read prints, and perform conduit bending, cutting, and threading with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
-Install, bend, cut, and thread rigid conduit according to project specifications and electrical codes
-Read and interpret electrical prints and layout drawings
-Work independently and efficiently with minimal guidance
-Assist with wiring pulls and other electrical installation tasks as needed
-Maintain a safe and organized worksite and follow all safety regulations
-Collaborate with other electricians and site personnel to ensure project deadlines are met
Qualifications:
-TDLR Licensed Electrician Apprentice with at least 3 years of experience (mandatory)
-Experience working with rigid conduit installation
-Ability to read and understand electrical blueprints and schematics
-Skilled in conduit bending, cutting, and threading
-Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a team environment
-Own hand tools and personal protective equipment (PPE) preferred
-OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred but not required
Compensation:
-Starting pay: $24 – $26 per hour, competitive based on experience, paid weekly
Additional Notes:
-Candidates must have reliable transportation to job sites in the New Braunfels area
