Qualifications
At least two years of experience installing windows
History and passion for high quality workmanship
Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
Ability to safely transport windows and doors from our warehouse to job sites and ownership of own tools
Excellent and detail-oriented interior and exterior trim expertise required (e.g. break work, capping, caulking)
Provide Certificate insurance for Commercial General Liability, Employer's Liability, Automobile Liability.
Strong preference for individual with, or willing to obtain, following licenses/certification:
Installation Masters Certification
Execute window and door installations utilizing various trade methods standard within the industry
Provide superior customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication and treatment of our customers
Communicate all product and install issues to appropriate parties and customer.
Hours will vary and will be influenced heavily on the wants and needs of our customers
