Circle Bar A Inc. is an interstate trucking company located in deep south Bexar County off of IH-37s.
We are currently seeking an experienced office member that has a good working knowledge of HR Practices, Billing, Federal Regulations, and general office operation. The ideal candidate will have some DOT Compliance experience in creating Driver Qualification Files, reviewing both paper and electronic logs, FMCSA rules and regulations, International Fuel Tax, Multi-state weight distance accounts, yearly os/ow permits, and pulling general purpose permits. The successful candidate will be familiar with the Microsoft Office suite of software and possess some knowledge of Trucking Management Systems (such as AXON, Mcleod, Etc) and be capable of using these systems to invoice customers.
