Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Provide services resulting in the timely and efficient transportation of customers. This would include but not limited to: driver assignments, bus assignments, distribute all drivers’ paper work, expense monies, gather all completed paper work from drivers, and enter payroll and necessary information into computer programs.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
Schedule and dispatch workers, work crews, equipment, or service vehicles to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs, using radios and/or telephones.
Arrange for necessary repairs to restore service and schedules.
Relay work orders, messages, and information to and/or from work crews, supervisors, and field inspectors using telephones or two-way radios.
Confer with customers or supervising personnel to address questions, problems, and requests for service or equipment.
Prepare daily work and run schedules.
Receive or prepare work orders
Oversee all communications within specifically assigned territories.
File and scan all paperwork daily by scheduled time.
Monitor personnel or equipment locations and utilization to coordinate service and schedules.
Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, and other dispatch information.
Determine types or amounts of equipment, vehicles, materials, or personnel required according to work orders or specifications.
Advise personnel about traffic problems such as construction areas, accidents, congestion, weather conditions, and other hazards.
Ensure timely and efficient movement of buses according to job orders and schedules.
Drive Airport Shuttle or School Bus as needed
MUST HAVE A CLASS B CDL WITH SCHOOL BUS ENDORSEMENT!
Job Type: Full-time Sunday through Wednesday 7p-6a or part time Saturday and Sunday 7am to 7pm.
Must have valid driver license in order to fuel and move vehicles or do a shuttle shift last minute.
