Position: Roadside Assistance Technician

Shift: Overnight (8 PM - 8 AM)
Day Shift (8 AM - 8 PM)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Roadside Assistance Technician to join our team for the overnight shift. The successful candidate will provide essential roadside services to drivers in need, ensuring their safety and satisfaction. This role involves a range of tasks including tire changes, lockout services, battery jumps, and fuel delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide roadside assistance services including:
- Tire changes
- Lockout services
- Battery jumps
- Fuel delivery
Respond promptly to service calls and provide excellent customer service. Ensure all services are performed safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of services provided.
Requirements:
- Must have a reliable vehicle capable of transporting necessary tools and equipment.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in roadside assistance or a related field.
- Clean criminal background check.
- Clean driving record.
- Must own and maintain personal tools required for the job.
- Ability to lift and carry more than 25 lbs.
- Availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM).
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and make quick decisions.
Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and repair techniques.
