Pavlockâs Cafe and Catering in New Braunfels, is looking for a Kitchen Manager, lead cook. This job is Monday thru Friday, 9am-3pm, no late nights and very few, if any weekends. The right person will have the knowledge to create daily specials, soups from scratch, ability to place orders, follow recipes, create schedules consistent with business, and most important of all, have a great personality and aggressive work ethic. To be considered you will be asked to cook and work 1-1.5 hours as your interview. We do a lot of caterings both on and off site, so heavy prep is also a requirement. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled person to have creative freedom as well as very few late nights or weekends.
