We are looking for a cook who will also run our small kitchen operation and help grow that part of the business. Experience with a flat top griddle, fryer and pizza oven is preferred. In addition to cooking, duties are inventory, weekly orders, creating new menu items/recipes and various other duties. The right candidate will basically run all aspects of the kitchen so responsibility is key. The candidate must have reliable transportation. Because it is a one person operation, attendance is extremely important.
Kitchen hours are Tues-Fri 5pm-10pm, Sat 12pm-10pm and Sun 12pm-8pm. Kitchen closed on Mondays.
