Neon Armadillo is a family friendly Tex-Mex BBQ Restaurant & Bar opening in late October in the Wimberley area. 30,000 SF of indoor / outdoor space complete with a large stage for live music, TV's to watch your favorite gam, a tree weave for the young kiddos and a sports court for the big kids. The restaurant will have a retro western aestethic with a menu focused on supporting ranchers and farmers doing things the right way. Our regenerative Grass-Fed Brisket has been a hit with the local community along with our beef tallow chips and fresh salsas. We are hiring for all positions, both front of house and back of house.
