We are seeking a talented and dedicated Onsite Operations Associate to join our team in managing and growing a unique luxury landscape hotel nestled in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, "Onera".

We are looking for a motivated and versatile Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel by assisting with daily front-of-house operations while also performing essential maintenance tasks to keep our facilities in top condition. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out, providing excellent customer service at all times.

Respond to guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring all needs are met promptly and professionally.

Manage reservations, room assignments, and special requests to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to maintain a smooth workflow and guest satisfaction.

Ensure the cleanliness and organization of common areas, lobby, and other public spaces.

Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring all amenities are available for guests.

Maintenance Support:

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing minor plumbing issues, and addressing general repairs.

Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and hotel facilities to identify maintenance needs.

Assist with preventative maintenance to ensure equipment and systems are in good working condition.

Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective repairs when necessary.

Ensure that safety protocols are followed during any maintenance work and that all areas meet health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (required); additional hospitality or technical certifications are a plus.

Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment is preferred.

Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair tasks (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Must be detail-oriented, dependable, and have a positive attitude.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills:

Previous hotel operations or front desk experience is a plus.

Basic knowledge of hotel management software and systems.

Experience with minor building repairs, electrical systems, and general maintenance tasks.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
