Historic boutique hotel and bar in downtown New Braunfels seeks hospitality professional.
Part time with potential for full time employment.
Duties include: Hotel front desk, checking guests in, greeting all walk-in guests, correspondence with guests, responding to guest and event inquiries, conducting tours, coordinating with management team, ordering hotel supplies, creating floral arrangements, monitoring hotel social media account and posting pre-approved content, answering the hotel phone, overseeing small daytime group events, checking physical mailbox daily, receiving linen orders, and some housekeeping
Requirements:
Warm and friendly demeanor with an exceptional level of hospitality
Positive and optimistic mindset
Self starter (ability to perform tasks self-sufficiently)
Discretion and privacy with guest and proprietary information
Professional appearance
Ability to pass a background check
Weekend availability
Exceptional drive to delight your guests
