Now hiring a Medical Receptionist/MA to work in a fast-paced medical clinic in New Braunfels, TX.
1-3 years of work experience in a medical office preferred
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high stress environment while maintaining professionalism
Regular, punctual attendance necessary
Arrival time for this position is 7:30 am Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
Making appointments (both over the phone and in person)
Making confirmation calls
Acting as referral coordinator
Filing
Greeting patients
Taking accurate phone messages for the physicians
Faxing correspondence
Other tasks as assigned by the Office Manager.
