The Role
We are seeking experienced door-to-door professionals to join our team as Door Knockers specializing in hail damage vehicle identification. If you already know how to get conversations started at the door, handle objections, and set appointments, you'll thrive here. This is a results driven role where your skills translate directly into higher pay.
What You'll Do:
Knock doors in neighborhoods affected by recent hail storms
Confidently talk with vehicle owners about potential hail damage to their vehicles,
Schedule qualified free estimates/inspections with vehicle owners at the shop in San Marcos.
Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Help car owners understand their insurance coverage options
What We're Looking For:
Proven door-knocking or canvassing experience prefered
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Self-motivation with the ability to work independently
Reliable transportation to assigned areas
A winning attitude and drive to maximize earnings
Flexible schedule. Perfect for college students with sales experience.
